Bagged Hockenheim Silver F87 M2c’s are not something you come across every day. We were lucky enough to work with the owner and have them fit their M2c with our GTS Front Splitter. We’ll let the pictures do the talking.
All returns and exchanges must be done with the knowledge and consent of Mode Carbon LLC. Failure to comply does not constitute a proper return and will result in the customer risking forfeiture of the product and any right to an exchange or refund. The customer will responsible for all associated fees and shipping charges accordingly.
Acceptable Return Condition - All items being returned or exchanged must be sent back to Mode Carbon in its original packaging, including all hardware, accessories and manuals. The returned item must be in its original, unused and re-sellable condition. Damaged or defective merchandise will not be accepted unless it is explicitly authorized by Mode Carbon. Once a product is installed on a vehicle, it will be considered in used condition and is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Items purchased through other sellers - If you purchased a Mode Carbon product through an authorized & licensed Mode Carbon retailer, those returns or exchanges must go through the place of purchase. If you purchased a Mode Carbon product through an unauthorized retailer or individual, Mode Carbon is not liable for any return or exchange.
Procedure for Return or Exchange
Contact Mode Carbon Customer Service via Email: [email protected] to obtain an RMA number.
Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form in its entirety and email the completed RMA Form to the email address in Step 1, with your RMA number as the subject line.
Once Mode Carbon Customer Service has explicitly approved your RMA Form, follow the shipping instructions on the RMA Form.
Mode Carbon Customer Service will process your request once the returned merchandise has been received by Mode Carbon.
Returns
Timeframe - Mode Carbon Customer Service must receive a written return request within 14 days of delivery of the item. All return items must be received by Mode Carbon and in its possession within 30 days of delivery of the item(s) to the customer. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Shipping - The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise stated by Mode Carbon. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Restocking Fees - All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Cancellation Fees - All order cancellations are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
Refunds - Mode Carbon will approve the issuance of a refund only after the original merchandise has been delivered to Mode Carbon and is deemed to be in acceptable return condition upon inspection by Mode Carbon, or an order cancellation is processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. The refund amount will be credited to the original credit card or payment method used for purchase less any restocking, cancellation, or processing fees.
Exchanges
Timeframe - Mode Carbon Customer Service must receive a written exchange request within 14 days of delivery of the item. All required photo documentation of the issue, as well as the completed RMA form and Exchange Affidavit must be submitted to Mode Carbon Customer Service within 30 days of delivery of the item. All items being returned for exchange must be received by Mode Carbon and in its possession within 30 days of delivery of the item(s) to the customer. Exchanges that do not adhere to this timeframe will not be accepted. Please note that all exchanges are subject to standard manufacturing lead times depending on the availability of certain items.
Shipping - In the event of an exchange, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to the customer by Mode Carbon Customer Service once the RMA has been approved. A replacement item will be shipped out only after the original merchandise has been delivered to Mode Carbon and is deemed to be in acceptable return condition upon inspection by Mode Carbon.
Conditions - Mode Carbon will process an exchange in the event of the following issues, provided that all other criteria for an exchange are met:
Fitment - Mode Carbon guarantees the fitment of its products when the installation is performed by an appropriately licensed and accredited professional installer at a Body Shop or Performance Shop. Mode Carbon does not recognize car dealerships, detailing shops, and/or tire shops as appropriately suited professional installers of its products. Any products damaged due to failed installation attempts are not considered to be in acceptable return condition, and Mode Carbon is not liable for any return or exchange accordingly.
Shipping Damages - Customers are strongly encouraged to open all items as soon as they are received to thoroughly inspect for any shipping-related damages. Damages due to mishandling by customers or installers are not covered and Mode Carbon will not be responsible for any return or exchange accordingly.
Quality - Mode Carbon performs a thorough quality check on all items prior to shipment. Should an item be received with a visible quality defect, please bring it to Mode Carbon’s attention immediately. Once an item has been installed on a vehicle, it is no longer considered to be in acceptable return condition and Mode Carbon is not liable for any return or exchange accordingly.
